Can not get ROCK to update to 1.8

I cannot get my ROCK to update to 1.8. My iOS and Android devices are 1.8. I get a connection failed message when trying to connect to core. Is there any way to do a manual update of Core to 1.8

Thanks, but when I enter the IP address I get an error message that the server isn’t responding.
