Hi I am listening to ludovico einaudi and can’t add it to my library. The plus button just keeps spinning. Is there a current issue? I have just tried another album and it works. This has happened quite a few time over the previous weeks.

Same here. I have to quit the ROON Remote IOS app on iPad Air 4 or iPhone 11 Pro,and then, if I’m lucky, I can add an album or whatever to my favourites.
