Description of Issue

Have spent weeks and hours on phone with Verizon Fios support trying to get Arc to work.UPnP is enabled. They tried something else in the firewall settings. Nothing is working, extremely frustrated. Room is not cheap and the support is insulting

Looks like a Multiple NAT issue. You listed the Verizon Fios router, with which other users made it work. What is your wifi solution? There are some posts with multiple NAT when using mesh wifi together with the Verizon Fios, which required some configuraation chantes.

Thanks. I believe this is correct. I use a google mesh system, where I plug a google router into my Verizon modem and then have multiple google picks throughout the house

Hey @Victoria_Carlin, Thank you for the detailed follow up! Lets focus on the double-nat situation. I don’t see any mention of a modem in your network setup. Do you have a specific modem model you can share? Or, is the FIOS G3100 acting as a modem/router combo? Typically, with mesh setups, you have to create two port forwarding rules. One for the modem/router (G3100) to route to other router (Orbi), and another from the other router (Orbi) to the core. And to confirm, when you bypass the Orbi…
