I just deleted and reinstalled Roon at the start of this problem. I’m not having any problems with my other devices. I’m running Roon 2.0 on a 2012 Mac mini running osx El Capitan. When I go to login from Roon I get taken to the tidal login page. I type in the email associated with my account but when I move the cursor over continue there’s the universal NO symbol hovering around the cursor. The circle with a slash through it.

I still wonder if I really deleted Roon properly prior to reinstalling. It sure seemed to me like it reconnected to my database really quickly.
I’m thinking the problem is on the tidal side. I can’t log in going straight through their login page either. I deleted everything associated with the account and still no joy. I am communicating with their customer service and doing what they suggest. Meantime I have a trial Qobuz account that is working well with Roon.
Hey @david_burnside,
Apologies for the delay in getting to your thread! What is your status on your Tidal account? I do see from your account that you aren’t actively logged into Tidal through Roon.
Are you able to gain access to Tidal from their web play as of today?
I’ll be on standby for your reply.
