Description Of Issue

Suddenly ROON says that it cant login to Tidal. I try to login but it does not work. Removes Tidal registration and tries to login again. But then I end up in a loop. Roon sends me to a web page where I can login succesfully but when I return to ROON im back at login page. I have tried to shut down router and ROON ROCK, waited and then restarted both of them. Problem remains.
Super frustrated.

In another ticket with a similair problem I found a series of actions that had helped with a Nucleus.

the following activities had been successful in exactly this sequence:
Power Off Nucleus
Power Off DLINK (to which the nucleus is connected)
Power On Nucleus (without DLINK)
Power On DLINK

So if tried it:
Power Off ROON ROCK
Power Off DLINK (to which the nucleus is connected)
Power On ROON ROOCK (without DLINK)
Power On DLINK
And that did it. Now I can login to Tidal again.
Strange but I’m happy.

Thanks so much for posting the solution as well, @Klas_Norden, not just the problem. I’m sure this will come in handy in the future.

We’re thrilled all is resolved now. Enjoy the music :musical_note:
