Can’t play the Kkbox music on the Roon

“After connecting Roon to Kkbox, I am unable to play any music from Kkbox.”

Hi @Yu_Ting_Wen,

Can you confirm that all your devices are connected to the same subnet within your local network? I would also confirm that no VPNs or any third-party network devices are active during playback.

As @Martin_Webster mentioned, if we could get the specific error message you’re receiving, that would be helpful too.
