Can’t play Tidal tracks on Roon. Says “title not available and or too many tracks”

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Mac OSX.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Xfinity router
KEF Ls50 W

Description Of Issue
Cannot play Tidal tracks. “Track not available and or too many tracks”.
Have re entered Roon, Tidal, removed cache in Roon. Nothing helps.

Hi, a couple of things to try:

  • Logout of Tidal in Roon and then reconnect.
  • Reboot the Roon Core.

As Carl suggested, does logging out / back in or rebooting the Core change anything?

Is this happening for all endpoints?

I had to logout of Tidal, Roon, then reboot the MAC 3 times before it finally accepted the Tidal credentials.
