I was happily seeing Qobuz albums in my library and directly now all I get is the spinning symbol and absolutely no Qobuz music. This happened suddenly in the last 48 hours.

Could you please use this article as a guide to provide us with some info about your setup ?
In the meantime, it might help rebooting your Core (quit Roon, turn off your Core, unplug for a few minutes, and then getting it started fresh).
