I’ve got a few HomePods in the house, however since I’ve dropped Apple Music in the hope to save some money, we’re really missing the ability to play music via Siri.
So I’m curious, can Sonos voice assistant play music from Roon?
Nope. Sonos Voice Assistant only works with Sonos partner services, and even then only a very slim selection of them — e.g. it doesn’t support Spotify.
You’ll have basic playback controls like pause and volume adjustments (which work globally), but you can’t interface with a Roon library.
