Cannot access Artist albums long hangup delay

Description of Issue

When I click on an artist and attempt to view albums Roon hangs up for minutes.
When it does resolve there are just a few blank squares … no album art or ability to access music.
I’ve been having a ton of Nucleus issues for past 2 months.

Nucleus repeatedly powered up and down.

Shut down everything on your network including switches and router/modem. Start up again. The issues you see here is usually connected to some issues on local network.

By the way, how many tracks in your library ?

Thanks a whole lot for letting us know of this delay - we’re very sorry, as we can imagine how it might impact a listening session… :pensive:

I wonder if a reboot helped improve things?
