Cannot access Tidal or Qobuz

Tidal just gives me an endless login loop.

Qobuz says logged in but refresh very briefly flashes up “check network connection”

Tidal ok Qobuz not so. This is getting tiresome its happening way more than it should.

@support still waiting???

Having no issues accessing Tidal via Roon.

Hi @Lebowski,

Apologies for the trouble here! Our engineering team resolved a server-side issue and it looks like things are working now. If you’re still seeing any trouble can you reboot and let us know if things are working?

Thanks!

No, I’ve unplugged the bloody ROCK and have started installing LMS, I’ll be [moderated] if I’m reversing that to test your server issues.

Shame it took 2 hrs for you to respond or even do anything.

Hi Chris, what’s not loading up? My Qobuz is working. No longer have Tidal so I can’t check that for you. In case you have yet done so, it might help to log out of Roon, and re-login in to both Roon and the streaming services.

Hi @Lebowski,

I checked with the team and it doesn’t look like there are any ongoing outages, and we also don’t have widespread reports of this issue currently, so it looks like something different is happening here.

Is there any change if you reboot the Core machine?

Hi @Lebowski,

Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link? Thanks!
