Hi can you check that Roon has access to the local network.

iOS/iPadOS Settings → Apps → Roon

If that doesn’t help, install a network scanner app (I use Fing) and see if it can find the Innuos.

Hello @Thomas_Possert ,

Please try the suggestion that @Carl provided and let us know if it helps, thanks!

Hi @Thomas_Possert,

We’re pinging this thread for a response after the weekend.

Please navigate to your iOS System Settings on the iPad and select Privacy & Security -> Local Network. Ensure that Roon is on the list of applications with local network access.

Next, again navigate to System Settings, then click Wi-Fi in the sidebar. Scroll down and disable the Private WiFi Address option.

Next, restart RoonServer and the iPad.

Let us know if this helps.

This thread is now closing due to inactivity/lack of response.

If you’re still experiencing the symptoms in your original report, simply open a new tech support request (select “other” and reference this thread) and the team will merge threads accordingly.

Otherwise, we’ll assume the issue was resolved behind the scenes. Thank you!
