Description of Issue
I cannot log onto roon on any of my PCs or laptops. I know I am allowed to connect to 1 only because that is all I am licensed for. I have unauthorised my PC but on my laptop I keep getting "there was an issue loading your database.
If you have a backup of your database, let’s try restoring a recent version.
Go to Settings > Backups > Find backups. Choose Browse to navigate to your backup folder and click on select this folder. Choose a recent one (from when it was working properly) and click restore.
If that doesn’t work, we’ll dig a little bit deeper.
