Description of Issue

Hello
I own a WD My Cloud Home Duo 8 TB NAS on my network. On my network I can access my Nucleus ( IP:192.168.0.187) from my iPad via “Connect to server” and my WD NAS ( sub://MYCLOUD-360583.local) from my iPad and on my WD I have a Public Folder Roon Library Backup. However when I put sub://MYCLOUD-360583.local/RoonLibraryBackup I get an Invalid. Network Path specified.

Can you please help me here.

When I connect my portable Hard Drive to a USB port on My Nucleus it shows up AND I have downloaded a back up to my Dropbox account. However I would like to schedule a regular back up to my WD NAS.

Thankyou in advance

Please let us know if you need further guidance!
