Have not changed any set-up without any issues.
Today, roon froze several times during playback.
I have hard re-booted the nucleus+ each time (this usually solves problem)
After about 3 or 4 frozen issue with re-boot each time, roon start-up app suggested recovery of the back up.
So, have recoverd the back up with success, however after that I cannot connect to roon from any of my devices (ipad, iphone, pc)
I have hard re-booted nucleus again without any success.
Hi, @Alex_Nakayama, thank you for your report. Could you, please, specify what was the screen you saw when this happened? Was it a “There was an issue loading your Database” screen or something else?
Could you, please, also tell what do you see on your remotes in this state? A screenshot from one of them would have been useful, please.
Well, first, songs kept dropping during the playback, so I hard rebooted the nucleus+ each time, after several times, the message appeared, I don’t remember exact phrase but something like roon core did not shut down properly, and may have corrupted your library, please restore from backup, something similar.
So I did restored from the back up, and it seemed to restored the back up correctly, but after that nothing.
Now, all I get when I start roon app, is “Waiting for your Roon server…”
Cannot do anything at this point.
If I need to format the nucleus and reinstall the os and restore the backup, which I have never done before, can you point me to the correct method to do so?
Or if there is any other way to remedy the issue, I would appreciate your help.
