I’m not seeing the Nucleus online within your account info. It may be worth resetting the network settings on the Nucleus. Steps to follow below:
- Connect the Nucleus to a monitor or TV via HDMI.
- Connect a USB keyboard to the Nucleus.
- Power on the Nucleus and let it boot.
- Press
ENTER
- Type
resetnetwork
- Press
ENTER
