CANNOT LOG IN for iphone or ipad

Description Of Issue

Cannot login from iPhone and iPad
after recent update many problems
now when I try to login after several seconds a red error message “Network error” appears
internet is working fine.
DNs is 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
tried rebooting everything but does not work

what to do?

I’m so sorry to hear about the issue you’ve been running into - is this still the case? If so, could you please try re-installing the Roon Remote app on your devices?
