Description of Issue

Can’t log in to my account. When I press log in button, it starts to redirect on the browser then nothing happens.

Roon Core Platform

Windows

Roon Core Specifications

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X GPU: RTX 2070 super RAM: 32GB (samsung DDR4 3200) SSD: Crucial MX500 500GB

Connected Audio Devices

Zen Stream via ethernet router, HDV 820 via USB

Home Network Details

Core computer connected to router port I, Zen Stream connected to port II (router model:iptimeAX2004BCM)

I find it works for me to have Chrome (or your browser of choice) open before hitting the login button.

Thanks for writing in, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues gaining access to your Roon account! I wanted to check in on your status since some time has passed.

If you attempt to access Roon from another remote device, does the same issue occur? I’ll be on standby fo your reply. :pray:
