On my Android phone and my Windows laptop, I can suddenly no longer log into Roon. My account is listed in the Roon app, and my Nuclus shows up, but when I click on the Nucleus, I get back to the login page.
Thank you for reaching out as soon as you discover you had trouble logging into your Roon account. I’m really sorry to hear it, I’m sure Roon will do all they can to help.
In the meantime, as a first step, could you please try to log into your Roon account page? Is that something you can do?
If the trouble is logging into the Roon software, it is worth noting that the process involves logging in via a web browser. The pop-up might be blocked by the default browser, depending on your settings. In that case, there are a few things that can help:
Rebooting your Roon Server
Clearing the default browser’s cache and cookies
Temporarily changing your default browser
Checking to ensure that you don’t have popup or cookie blockers preventing the redirect
Thanks, Carl. Yes, I can log into the Roon account.
I rebooted my Nucleus, cleared caches and cookies in my Chrome Browser, switched to a different browser, and disabled the pop-up blocker. None of that helped.
Welcome to the Roon Community! We’re excited to have you here, but apologize in that it’s an issue that prompted your recent post.
Following up on your issues, we’re not seeing any Nucleus tied to your account currently, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs to our File Uploader?
Can you also confirm all your Roon devices are on the same local subnet within your local network?
Thanks, Benjamin. For some reason, on my home network, my Nucleus was set to offline. I switched it to online, and now all’s well again. Phew. Appreciate your quick response.
