Cannot login Qobuz through ROON, but Qobuz app on pc all works fine

Hi,

Recent days, I can’t login in Qobuz in ROON anymore, but when I tried Qobuz app on PC, all is fine, so I guess it’s not the network issue? But I can’t use ROON to login Qobuz.

The error message either saying “invalid error” or “network issue”.

Any idea how could I fix this?

Have you done a complete network restart as well as the core device?

I think so.

I’ve tried restart all the route related the network, even tried with or without VPN, and QOBUZ app on PC, I can listen, but can’t through in ROON.

I’ve also tried clean the ROON cache, restart my pc, doesn’t work. I checked log also, the moment I typed the mail address and passward and click login, the error message pop out, but in log, nothing shown special.

I’ve also tried QOBUZ webplayer or https://www.qobuz.com/api.json, I can login very well. But I can’t login through Roon.

Also in Roonserver_log, I found this:

12/16 05:11:57 Warn: [qobuz] [http] error result from http request: System.Net.WebException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
—> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
—> System.IO.IOException: Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream.

Any idea I can fix this?

The issue has been there for more than 1 week, still can’t login QOBUZ in ROON, but all the other like QOBUZ app or webplayer all going well. Any one can help?

Tried most of the method said in community like clear cache, all not working.
