Can't Add New Qobuz Account to Roon

Brand new to ROON. Nucleus just installed and downloading my library. A free 3 month subscription with Qobuz was included with my Nucleus purchase. Redeeming worked fine with Qobuz app on iPhone, iPad. Adding to ROON unsuccessful. Message: username, password not valid. Qobuz works great but ROON won’t “add”. Qobuz also works great with Bluesound NODE. There is an established Qobuz account that ROON will not recognize.

Use e-mail address instead of username.
