Solved: it was the firewall. There was some setting somewhere in the Netgate that was preventing Rock from communicating with the outside world. We couldn’t figure out what it was, especially since nothing else on the network was having any trouble, so we switched the Netgate out for another that had just been flashed. Viola, ROCK instantly scanned all the files, and I could log in to Tidal, etc. Fingers crossed that everything keeps working! Six days left on the trial.
