Hey @Robert_Pitt,

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’re having issues connecting to your server.

From your account admin, it looks like you might have a Nucleus+? We don’t see any devices currently active within your account though, can you confirm your Nucleus is powered on and connected to your network?

I’d first double-check your router settings > devices list, and confirm your Nucleus is showing up properly.

If not, the best next step would be to connect your Nucleus to a monitor via HDMI (while still connected to your primary router) and share a screenshot of what you see on the screen.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply, thanks Robert!

Hey @Robert_Pitt,

Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to check whether your Nucleus is powered on and showing up in your router’s device list, and, if needed, connect it to a monitor so we can see what it displays? If you are able to share a screenshot from the Nucleus screen, that would give us a clearer look at what’s happening. Please reply with any updates or questions and we can take it from there.

Please note, if we don’t hear back from you this thread may close automatically soon. If the thread auto-closes and you need further assistance, please submit a reopen support request via the technical support help form below and specify that the issue should be reopened. Thank you.

when I use an HDMI connection to a suitable monitor, I get a no HDMI signal message with a blank screen. Tried it on HDMI A and HDMI B ports with same blank result. The power light is on (same result when cycling power) and the lights on both ends to my internet switch are blinking green. The system used to work, so this is not a new installation.

Hey @Robert_Pitt,

Thanks for confirming what you’re seeing on the HDMI output. Since there is no HDMI output to work from, this is most likely a hardware issue. Please fill out our Nucleus Hardware contact form so that the case is redirected to the hardware department, thank you.
