Can't connect to Server

Hi. I’m trying to connect to Roon Server, which is installed on my music server (Windows 7).

Using my Mac as remote controller, it can’t find the server. Neither can my iOS devices. Yes, Roon Server is running on my Windows server.

When I run the full Roon package, my Mac and iOS devices connect fine.

On the splash screen on Roon for Mac, it offers a link to “remote connections” help, but when I click on this it says I am not authorized to view that page (despite being logged in).

Any help? Thanks.

Can you try fully disabling firewalls on the Windows 7 machine?
