Description of Issue

Has been working fine for 2 years. Came back from a few days away and none of my devices (Mac or ios) can see Nucleus, even the router. They are definitely connected to the same network. When I plug the same ethernet cable into my computer all looks fine. All lights appear as normal. Rebooted router and Nucleus.

Can you plug on a monitor and keyboard to the nucleus and post a screenshot if the screen displayed.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately when I connect to HDMI and reboot nucleus screen continues to report “no connection”.

Today, as if by magic, everything is back to normal. No idea what happened!
