Can't import M3U playlists

I feel like I am following your rules for playlist import but I am still struggling!

My music database folder is \[IPADDRESS]\Music[MUSICFOLDERNAME]
My playlist folder is \[IPADDRESS]\Music\Playlists
(I have also tried placing the playlists in the root music folder [IPADDRESS]\Music\

The items in each playlist are in this format:

#EXTINF:619,Boult; New Philharmonia - Norfolk Rhapsody #1
\[IPADDRESS]\Music\Vaughan Williams Orchestral - Boult\Norfolk Rhapsody #1.m4a

I have read through the previous threads on this but I can’t figure out why it’s not working. Have tried restarting Roon server after each attempt, etc.

I am running ROCK on a NUC and it’s otherwise working quite well.

Instead of this format:

\[IPADDRESS]\Music\Vaughan Williams Orchestral - Boult\Norfolk Rhapsody #1.m4a

Try this format:

../Vaughan Williams Orchestral - Boult/Norfolk Rhapsody #1.m4a

Note the direction of the slashes as well.
