Description Of Issue
Caught in a loop: When I try to open Roon I don’t get the usual page. I get one the says ‘Find my Roon Core.’ Clicking on this produces no response (no matter how long I wait).

The option on the screen is ‘Set up Roon Core on this Mac,’ but when I try that option I get the alternatives of Log in or Set Up.

If I try to log in, I get a response ‘You’re already signed in.’ I get instructions to ‘Go back,’ but this reproduces the same cycle. I’ve I’ve restarted computer several times and have been going around in these circles.

Please advise.

Do you have backups taken by Settings==>Backups? You might need one.

Hi when you see this is there an option to unauthorise?
If so click that, it’s quite safe, and then proceed to login.

Hi @Kirk_Thompson,

If you click on the Unauthorize button and re-authorize your Core, you should be all set!
If you are still having issues after re-authorizing the Core, just let us know and we can help.
