For months I haven’t been able to use ARC - I’ve erased and reloaded the app many times and just end up giving up every time. It just never seems to get past the login screen and then when you try to reload the page it says an error occurred and I should try again. I’ve tried multiple networks and multiple devices. Nothing.
So I always end up using Tidal when I’m away from the house. Which is really disappointing.
I was not thrilled when the subscription price went up, but I assumed it would mean increased support and functionality with ARC, which doesn’t seem to be a high priority. If that’s the case, maybe consider a tiered subscription so it doesn’t feel like paying more for features you can’t use.
Ok this shouldn’t be a problem. There are other cases with similar looking symptoms occurring with massive libraries, but this doesn’t apply to yours then.
This will probably need official support, may take a bit until you reach the head of support’s queue
Thank you for your post. We understand you wrote this post out of desperate frustration, but it’s also not entirely clear what the specific problem is or what steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot. From a support perspective, this only equips us to ask more questions.
