Can't log into Qobuz or Tidal?

It says “please check the network connection.” Newsflash, password is correct, and we on the correct network. Any suggestions? Or is it “turn off and on your nucleus” rotfl.

Reboot the Nucleus. The service logins do occasionally get confused and a reboot does the trick.

As Henry suggested, definitely try giving your Nucleus a reboot — That will often resolve this type of behavior. If you’re still having issues, please give us some details on your current networking setup and we can go from there.
