When I log in to Roon, it shows “unauthorized, please enter your account password correctly”, no matter whether it is on ROCK or Win11, it is the same, but I can login normally on Roon official website.

Ben with the support team here! You may have experienced a server-side issue that we fixed last weekend.
If you could give your core device a hard reboot and try logging in, you should be good to go!
