Is there any change in behavior if you try to reboot the Core or follow the instructions here to clear your device cache?

Hi @Kalen_Rixon, Can you please try the following? Close the Roon application on your PC Open “File Explorer” Navigate to your database location Navigate to the Roon folder Open the folder named “Cache” inside your Roon folder Delete the file named “Devicedb-prod.zip” and “Devicedb-prod.zip.etag” if you have that file as well Once you have deleted these files, reopen Roon and see if there is any change.
