I use QNAP NAS TVS-471
Many thank in advance for the help.

Is this when using ARC on the local network or when on a mobile/remote network?
Does your QNAP nas run a firewall? If so, does the firewall have exceptions for ARC?
If this relates to a mobile/remote connection, have you set up ARC port forwarding?
When, on Roon Desktop or Roon Remote (not ARC) you go to settings → Roon ARC, what do you see? Please post a screen shot and/or a copy of any diagnostic text displayed like:
It would also be a good idea to give us some details of your network setup.

I turined off the firewall on QNAP, now the message is different, check the screenshot
on Ronn Desktop I can see this

It certainly looks like everything on the network side is correctly configured.
Have you tried completely resetting Roon ARC on your iPhone (I’m an Android user so I don’t know how you would do that - or even if you can)?
As a last resort, you might try uninstalling Roon ARC from your iPhone and then reinstalling it.
deleting an new app download helped. Thank you.
One more issue - if the firewall on QNAP is turned on, ARC fails.
How can I create exception for ARC on the QNAP TVS-4671
{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“78.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“78.aaa.bbb.ccc”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.1.254”,“found_upnp”:true}
}
I don’t know what the QNAP firewall configuration looks like but you will need to create an exception that allows TCP connections on port 55002.
