Cant use PC on WiFi as remote control

I have a PC running Win 10 connected via Ethernet as my core. My library is resident on the PC.I have no trouble using my laptop also running Win 10 as a remote if it is connected to the Ethernet but can not find the library via WiFi. I have tried everything suggested by
Roon. Any suggestions?

  1. verify that when you connect to your network via Wifi, that you are still in the same subnet as the ethernet portion of the network.

  2. Try turning off antivirus and firewall and see if you can then see it over Wifi

The problem was that the WiFi I was using was from a device separate from my Ethernet router. I switched to the routers WiFi. Now it works fine, except that my AT&T uVerse is very weak. Can’t win
