Hello, I am a life memember of Roon, since I upgrading Roon to Version 1.7(528), I can’t login in Tidal through Roon system, I have contacted Tidal, and have been told there is no problem of Tidal’s system, so could you advice how can I solve this problem? Hi @James_Zhou,

When you try to log in to TIDAL what happens? Do you receive any error messages?

Can you confirm that your remote devices are also fully up to date?
