Celebration or Excess Workload?

Now that 1.2 is out, I wonder if the team is celebrating or just going nuts over bugs and fixes? I am generally a very patient person, and can understand either of these reasons for delays in response. I have a couple outstanding support requests already posted here - the most urgent of which is that Roon 1.2 has lost connectivity to the server and I have no music - but the expected prompt response has not been coming…
