I have successfully been using Roon on my MAC but now we want to move the core to a Windows PC but even though I have removed it from my MAC the Windows PC thinks it is a new license (even though we have logged in). What should we do to fix this?

Moving forward, I contacted our accounts manager Kevin regarding your issue and he has confirmed that things are good with your Roon account so I suspect that something else is going on here. When you performed the migration from the Mac to the PC were you prompted to “deauthorize” the previous core?
