Not really mastered Roon yet: how do I change my favourites in Tidal to Most Recent rather than Alphabetically?

If you’re referring to the “Your Favorites” tab of the TIDAL section in Roon, there is no way to change the default sorting here.
The best option to see this is to go to Albums and use the Focus feature.
By going to Focus > Inspector > Storage Locations, you can choose to Focus only on TIDAL albums. You can then change the sort here to Sorted by Date. Once you have it set up just how you’d like, you can use the Bookmark feature to save this view and return to it whenever you’d like.
