This screenshot looks like it is seeing the Nucleus, but it is not able to connect to it. As the first step, can you please try to perform a full reboot of your Nucleus and networking gear? By full reboot, please try to power off, unplug 30s, plug back in, turn on. Does that help?

Also, I noticed you are on a Mac, there has been an issue in the past with local network access, I would double check this. Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
