Chord Hugo 2 and Chord 2Go dedicated streamer for Hugo 2

Description Of Issue

Please see the first google drive link. The Screenshot video will show that the Hugo 2 says ‘not certified’. The Chord 2Go, although a Roon approved product, is not in the list to choose from. It only shows at the bottom on the audio tab for Airplay. It appears these devices are not set up properly.

The second link shows a picture of the audio flow in roon and it shows USB as the final connection. I have the Chord 2Go wirelessly streaming to headphones that are directly plugged in to the Hugo 2. The 2Go and the Hugo 2 are attached together. The Blue dot next to the Volume indicator shows some kind of disruption in the flow?

Thank You!

Hello @Bradford_Paul,

The Chord2Go is not yet a Roon Ready product, so seeing “Uncertified” is expected for the time being until this device completes the certification process.

It looks like you have DSP volume turned on in Roon and this is causing the green light. Since the Hugo 2 does not support USB Device Volume Control, this is expected behavior.

If you wish to prevent the green light from occurring, you must disable the software control option in the GoFigure app and use the physical device control knobs on the Hugo 2 itself.
