Two days ago, I used my Chord Mojo 2 and new Headphones for the first time. It seemed to be working fine with Windows WASAPI, but when I installed the ASIO driver and tried to use it with ROON it doesn’t. It came to some kind of “dropouts” after a few seconds of playing Music when Windows made a system sound. I immediately uninstalled the Driver and it seems to be working again. Here is the Question: Do I need the Driver for anything? And if yes: Is there a way to fix the Problem with it?

You’ll see from Chord instructions they produce their own drivers for Windows as a free download. It’s worth installing them…

I already had them Installed but it came to Problems. I did reinstall them with the Help of the Video provided by @AMT and both the ASIO and the WASAPI Drivers (When I did the first installation I had not seen that a WASAPI version of the Driver exists) seem to be working. The only thing what I did differently than last time is that I rebooted between Installation and usage. (I wasn’t promted to do so, but I did since the Guy said, that Compute might prompt you. So I thought it might could help.) Strange…

Yeah! I can’t speak for the Poly, because I don’t own one, but the Mojo sound great.
