Chord Qutest Not Showing Up

Roon Core Machine

Windows 11 Home, Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver N5000 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz, 4.00 GB (3.66 GB usable) RAM

So I haven’t used my audio setup in a while, and I just tried using it today and Roon is not showing that my Qutest is connected in devices. I have my Qutest connected right to my laptop via USB and nothing. What should I do?

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I was able to review your account, and it looks like your Qutest has been online and active with your core recently. Are you still having issues getting it discovered in Roon?

Sorry I forgot I made this. I just got a new laptop and it is working normally now.
