Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Intel i5-4690, 32G Ram
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Google Nest Router, Brand New - This Machine Connected via Ethernet
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Because I'm not sure of the right set of fixes, I'm filing this issue with each of:
Google Chromecast/Home Team (via email),
https://github.com/jstasiak/python-zeroconf,
https://github.com/kennylevinsen/mdns-repeater,
https://github.com/home-assistant/plugin-multicast,...
Disabling the multicast container (or home assistant altogether) resolves the issue for me, so this is definitely an issue created by the older version of zeroconf in the HA multicast container. I’ll update this thread with my findings, but you can consider it resolved, as this is not a Room issue.
