Known problem, reported it myself monthsago.
Solution: remove app and reinstall

Sorry about the trouble and for the delay . I do wish we would have gotten a chance to reply sooner.
I was wondering, did the workaround suggested by @anon90297517 (thanks so much for stepping in ) work for you?
Can we help with anything else at all?
No need to remove and reinstall the app, it’s enough to restart the iPad and then restart the Roon app.
