Description Of Issue

According to the manufacturer, the certification of the device has been applied for. When can I expect the certification process to be completed so that I can use Roon with the cocktailAudio N25?

This will happen no later than necessary, and as soon as the manufacturer and RoonLabs have thoroughly tested the gear.

RoonLabs does not publicly comment on such matters, so your best bet is to ask the manufacturer. If they don’t know or don’t provide an answer, then all you can do is wait. If the manufacturer falsely advertised their device being Roon Ready, then you need to take it up with them.
