Combining metadata from primary provider and Musicbrainz needs enhancement

I recently came across a situation where a band member (also a solo artist) is not linked to the band in which they’re a founding member.

Looking at allmusic it’s clear the error of omission is with Roon’s primary upstream provider. Musicbrainz on the other hand lists all band members including the omitted artist.

In building its metadata cloud should Roon not be merging metadata from its primary provider and Musicbrainz to ensure a complete picture and links between performers / bands?
