Community Playlists: Autumn Classics

Hey Classical music fans! I was thinking a playlist of selections for Autumn assembled by our Community classical music fans would make wonderful listening as the evenings grow longer and the weather cools.

Are there pieces that make you think of the autumnal change in season or that you seem to return to at about this time of year? If so, we’d love for you to share them with us! If you’d be kind enough to utilize the share track feature in Roon that would help me immensely in ensuring I’ve grabbed the proper work/part!

As always I appreciate your sharing your knowledge with me and other Community members. Many thanks! :pray:t2:

And bang in a four seasons :slightly_smiling_face:

Lang Lang plays Autumn Moon Over a Calm Lake (Wencheng Lü, 1935)

It is Spring in the Southern Hemisphere but this is very good.

Bookended between two bassoon standards is the Du Puy which was new to me and is absolutely beautiful.
