Description of Issue

I am not able to get the M11 setup to operate remotely over internet. I have installed the FIIO arc software and ity did work however the M11 Plus has native Roon support as of the latest firmware. I can turn this on and I can connect to the core and control via the roon android app. However, the FIIO M11 Plus does not appear to ab able to add it as a device. Is there any specific instructions to add the M11 plus when using the native Fiio capabilities recently added to the M11 Plus. The FIIO Arc android app does not allow for the full music resolution to be played on the M11 Plus.

I got the firmware update on my M11 a couple of days ago. I’m a new Roon and M11 user so I didn’t understand how it would be better using Roon to the M11 vs using the Arc app. The update installed a FiiO Roon app The M11 is heavy so it’s nice to just use the Roon remote on my phone or computer and send it to my M11 in my pocket.
