Describe the issue

I'm trying to log in to the iPad app and every time I click the "Login" button on the first screen, the app crashes. I've tried restarting the iPad and the app. I'm running iOS 12.5.7 on an iPad Mini. Help!

Describe your network setup

System works fine otherwise. Nucleus One, Eero router, Naim Uniti Atom.

Did it work before or is this a new install? Did you try uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Might have some corrupted storage

@Suedkiez has followed up with some good next steps - let us know if the same issue occurs after a fresh reinstall of the remote app on your iPad.

If it does, please use the directions found here and send over a set of iPad logs to our File Uploader?

Thank you, great suggestion. After uninstalling/reinstalling the app, everything works fine again!
