Continuous Prompt to Use iBasso DAC on Roon ARC Android App (ref#C76T8S)

Description of Issue

I have a problem with the Roon ARC Android app, every time I plug in my ibasso DAC it prompts me to use the device, if I hit cancel then it pops up again and again and won’t go away. This is stopping me using other streaming apps like Qobuz.

Can you please specify the iBasso device model with which you’re experiencing this symptom?

What is the model of the phone you are using?

This particular error will be specific to the DAC, and potentially, the phone model itself. The team is tracking these device-specific failures with certain DACs and we have open tickets to resolve them.

The DAC is an iBasso DC03.

The phone is an Asus Zenfone 8 flip running Android 13.
