Networking Gear & Setup Details
I am uncertain of network gear as I am on a shared system with a router remotely located. The ISP replaced a switch with a hex switch set up as a router with UPnP enabled at my request. Is it possible to interpret the error message displayed when auto set up is activated.

Description of Issue
As mentioned here is the screen shot post ARC set up procedure,

I do not know if the second router that is in line with my home router is UPnP enabled and possibly blocking the link to the network.
